Foster Balance with Daniel Foster 

Now scheduling "3 Steps Forward" presentations for 2020 (virtual when necessary).  These presentations can be tailored for any size group and for any age level.  Based on postural neurology and principles of t'ai chi, they teach practical skills to manage anxiety, activate executive function, while introducing participants to the basics of a mindfulness practice.   Sometimes fun,  the 3 Steps Forward technique is easy to learn and to integrate into any daily routine.   Companion phone app is available for free to all participants!!
